As a coach, I help clients establish routines & practices to support their goals and visions. As a consultant, I help clients develop processes & systems to manage time, meet obligations, eliminate distractions, and be more productive in their personal and professional lives.

Nicci received her undergraduate degree in Community Health from Temple University, and a Master’s in Leadership & Management from Western Governors University.

Nicci also hosts an event created especially for small businesses, entrepreneurs, side-hustlepreneurs, and individuals called "Glow-Getter". The "Glow-Getter" event spotlights and showcases their business, products, services, and accomplishments. These events aim to provide education for personal and business enrichment,  brand awareness,  celebrate success,  and to further kingdom-building.

In 2021, Nicci added the title “author” to her accomplishments. Nicci is the author of two books Live Life Out Loud Strategic Plan and Lady, Live Out Loud. Nicci is excited for all God has planned for her to help others to live out their purpose. . Nicci firmly believes in living your life and celebrating life while you have breath in your body. Nicci lives by Ecclesiastes 5:19NLT “And it is a good thing to receive wealth from God and the good health to enjoy it. To enjoy your work and accept your lot in life—this is indeed a gift from God.”
